介绍了高效液相色谱法测定皮革中六价铬的方法,且方法简单、可靠、准确、重现性好,不仅可消除各种干扰,还可大大提高检测灵敏度。
The determination method of chromium （ Ⅵ ） in leather by High Performance Liquid Chromatography was introduced. It shows that this method is simple, reliable, accurate and repeatable. The interferences are eliminated and the sensitivity is improved greatly.
