摘要
针对一组不同成分高钒高速钢,研究了硅含量(质量分数)在0.31%~5.03%范围内变化对其碳化物的影响。结果表明:硅含量较低时,高钒高速钢中碳化物以粒状、条状VC为主,同时存在独立的钼、铬碳化物;硅含量达2.1%时,开始出现花状碳化物,随着硅含量的进一步增加,花状碳化物增多、长大,而独立的钼、铬碳化物逐渐减少;由EPMA及XRD分析可知,花状碳化物为VC型碳化物,钼、铬元素主要固溶于钒的碳化物中。
Aimed at a group of high vanadium high-speed steels with different composition, the effects of silicon content (0.31%-5.03%, mass fraction) on carbides were studied. The results show that the carbides are mainly granular VC and isolated carbides with molybdenum or chromium in high vanadium high-speed steel with low silicon content. The like-flower carbides starts to occur and grow up with the increase of silicon content above 2.1%. Meanwhile, the isolated carbides with molybdenum or chromium decrease. By means of EPMA and XRD, it's known that the like-flower carbides are of VC type, and molybdenum and chromium elements mainly dissolves into vanadium carbides.
