摘要
甲状腺肿瘤的超声图像特征与病理组织之间存在事实上的相关性.笔者回顾性分析超声拟诊的386例甲状腺肿瘤患者的超声诊断资料,经与手术病理对照,从肿瘤的部位、大小、声像图特征进行分析,评价超声显像对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值.
The image features of ultrasonic exam for tumor of thyroid were correlated with pathologic diagnosis. The author retrospectively analyzed the image data of 386 cases of tumor of thyroid diagnosed with ultrasonic exam and compared those with pathologic diagnosis. The the value of ultrasonic exam in diagnosing the benign and malignant tumors of thyroid was discussed through the position, size and sonographic features of the tumors.
