摘要
目的:总结食管癌病人术前、术后护理体会.方法:对199例食管癌患者的术前、术后护理进行回顾总结.结果:术前、术后共护理199例食管癌患者,其中男性186例,女性13例.最小年龄39岁,最大年龄78岁.治愈出院195例,术后并发症死亡4例.结论:食管癌手术的成功取决于4个方面:高超的外科手术,耐心细致的心理护理,术后密切观察胸腔闭式引流情况以及指导患者正确的术后进食.
Objective: To summarize the preoperative and postoperative nursing experience on patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of the 199 cases. Results:Among the 199 patients(186 males, 13 females), whose age ranged from 39 to 78 years old, 195 patients were cured and 4 patients were dead because of the complications. Conclu- sion:The success of resection of esophageal cancer is based on skilled operative technique, patient and painstaking psychological nursing, paying close attention to the situation of thoracic drainage and correctly guiding the patient's postoperative food intake.
