大港歧深地区耐高温防窜低密度水泥浆研究及应用

摘要 歧深6井三开井段井温高、封固段长、油气活跃易窜、井漏,需要低密度、高强度、低失水、低污染、流变性好的水泥浆进行单级固井。室内通过对水泥浆优选、外加剂优选及配方研究,确定四川嘉华G级水泥加硅粉作为固井水泥,外加剂为BCT系列,并优化了配方。室内试验表明,该配方具有易成膜、流变性易调节、水泥浆体系密度低的优点。现场应用表明,耐高温防窜低密度水泥浆强度高,稠化时间易于调节,并具有低失水量、低污染、防窜和防漏等性能,有利于保护产能,满足了深井固井的各项指标。 In Well Qisheng 6 there was high temperature,long cementing section,easy channeling,well leaking,cement with low density,low water loss,high strength and less pollution and good rheological property was needed for one-stage cementation.By selecting slurry and addivtives and studying formulae in laboratory,it was determined that cement G from Sichuan Jiahua and fine silica were used for cementation,additive was BCT series,and formulae were optimized.Laboratory test shows that membrane is formed easily,rheological property is adjusted easily with low slurry density.Field application indicates that the slurry is high strength and adjustable thickening time,low water loss,less pollution,leaking and channeling prevention.It is suitable for productivity protection and satisfying the needs of deep well cementation.
