摘要 介绍了包涵体的洗涤、变性溶解和传统的复性方法,详细阐述了包涵体蛋白的层析复性方法以及复性过程中的添加剂效果。 The washing,denaturation and renaturation methods of inclusion body were introduced.Chromatography renaturation method of inclusion body protein was expatiated as well as the additive impact during the process of renaturation.
