摘要
[目的]探讨恩诺沙星的安全使用剂量,为其在水产养殖细菌性疾病防治中的应用提供依据。[方法]以鲫鱼为试材,研究恩诺沙星对鲫鱼肝脏和肾脏中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性的影响。[结果]随着恩诺沙星浓度的增加,在给药后第5天各试验组鲫鱼肝脏和肾脏中AKP活性开始上升,在第10天达最高,然后逐渐下降,到第25天降至最初水平。当恩诺沙星剂量≤20.0 mg/L时,剂量越高,AKP活性就越高,说明恩诺沙星对鲫鱼肝脏和肾脏中AKP活性并无明显影响。[结论]恩诺沙星是一种具有较强抗菌力的杀菌药,对水产养殖中常见细菌性疾病均有很好的疗效,但应慎重选择其剂量和使用方法,而且不能忽视该药的休药期。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the safe dose of enrofloxacin and provide the basis for its application in the control of bacterial diseases in aquaculture.[Method] With Carassius auratus as tested materials,the effects of enrofloxacin on the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) in liver and kidney of C.auratus were studied.[Result] With the increasing of enrofloxacin concn.,AKP activity in liver and kidney of C.auratus in each test group began to ascend in the 5th day after feeding the drug,reached the maximum on the 10th day,then gradually declined and reduced to the original level on the 25th day.With the dose of enrofloxacin being equal to or less than ≤20.0 mg/L,the higher the dose was,the stronger AKP activity was.This indicated that enrofloxacin had no obvious effect on the activity of AKP in liver and kidney of C.auratus.[Conclusion] Enrofloxacin was a kind of bactericidal drug with stronger antibiotic property.It had better curative effects on common bacterial diseases in aquaculture.Its dose and using method should be cautiously selected and the drug withdrawal time of this drug couldn't be neglected.
