摘要
切削温度不仅直接影响刀具的磨损和耐用度,而且也影响工件的精度和已加工表面质量。很多切削温度的试验研究都针对特定情况。本文采用红外线测温法就典型的铝合金薄壁圆筒旋转件进行了车削试验研究,为铝合金的切削加工、优化工艺及建立切削数据库提供依据。
Cutting temperature has direct effects not only on tool wear and tool life but also machining accuracy and quality of machined-surfaces. Most test study on cutting temperature have their own spetial situations. This paper used infrared temperature testing method to have a turning experiment research on aluminium alloy thin-walled cylinder circumgyrating workpiece supporting aluminium alloy cutting machining, process optimization and development of cutting data base.
