摘要
近年来,随着金融业务由分业经营向混业经营的转变,许多国家的金融监管体制也出现了分业机构监管向综合性的功能监管转变的趋势。本文阐述了机构监管与功能监管的内涵,并对机构监管与功能监管的优缺点,以及世界上几个主要国家的金融监管实践做了比较分析,在此基础上,就我国的金融监管体制进行了思考与建议。
In recent years, many countries＇ financial supervision system also emerges the transition trend from separate regulatory body to comprehensive function monitor with the change of financial business from separate business to mixed mode. This paper expatiated the meaning of agency supervisory and function regulatory, and analyzed comparatively advantages and disadvantages of agency supervisory and function regulatory, as well as financial supervision practice of several major countries in the world, provide thinking and recommendations of China＇s financial regulatory system on this basis finally.
