摘要
目的:比较不同电针参数治疗大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)的作用特点。方法:通过正交试验设计方法,观察电针频率、波形、电流强度三因素两水平参数对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节肿胀度、痛阈和炎症局部组织中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量的变化。结果:电针改善AA大鼠关节肿胀度以100Hz、断续波、0.2mA参数方案为佳;提高痛阈以100Hz、断续波、0.1mA参数方案为佳;降低炎症局部组织IL-1β含量,100Hz优于2Hz。结论:电针治疗关节炎时,应根据病情选择适宜的电针参数方案,以获得理想的治疗效果。
Objective: To compare the results of different electroacupuncture parameters in treating adjuvant arthritis in rats. Methods: Orthogonal design was adopted to observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture parameters with three factors and two levels on joint swelling severity, pain threshold and the contents of IL-1β in local inflammatory tissues in ad- juvant arthritis rats. Results: In relieving joint swelling severity, the better parameters included 100 Hz, intermittent wave and 0.2 mA; in increasing pain threshold, the better parameters included 100 Hz, intermittent wave, 0.1 mA; in decreasing the contents of IL-1β, 100 Hz was prior to 2 Hz. Conclusion: Proper electroacupuncture parameters should be selected in treating arthritis, in an attempt to achieve ideal therapeutic effects.
