摘要
以Mg(NO3)2·6H2O与CO(NH2)2为原料经均匀沉淀法制备了纳米MgO粉体。采用差热.热重分析(TG-DTA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)等测试技术,分析了沉淀产物的热分解特性及其经不同煅烧温度与时间处理后产物晶相结构、粒子形貌特征等特性,并考察了反应物配比、反应温度与时间对产物得率与粒子特性等的影响。结果表明,制备粉体的合理工艺条件为尿素与硝酸镁配比5:1,沉淀反应条件为95℃反应24 h,产物煅烧条件为435℃热处理4 h,在此工艺条件下制备的纳米MgO粉体晶形完整、分散性良好、粒度分布均匀,平均粒径在10 nm左右。
Nanosized MgO powders were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method using Mg(NO3)2·6H2O and CO(NH2)2 as raw materials. The influences of raw materials ratio, reaction temperature, calcination temperature and other factors on product yield as well as particle properties, were investigated. TG-DTA, XRD and TEM were used to characterize the thermal stability, crystal structure as well as the morphology of the obtained MgO powder. Results show that the obtained powders have quite well morphology and good dispersion, and the average grain size is about 10 nm. Favorable preparation conditions for nanosized MgO powder at normal pressures are obtained in present study.
