摘要
车铣加工主要用于复杂轴类零件,该方法减少了复杂轴类零件加工的装夹次数,有效地保证了零件的加工精度。但是由于价格高以及工艺水平的限制,目前国内所见大部分车铣加工中心为国外产品。基于CA6140型车床,进行车铣装置的模块化设计,在不影响车床原有功能的基础上增加了车铣加工功能。装置主要包括主支撑架、支撑上架、主轴支撑架及刀具等模块。研究对车铣技术的应用和推广具有一定的参考价值。
The process of turn-milling is mainly used in the difficult shaft. This method not only can reduce the fixing numbers of the process on the difficult shaft, and can ensure the precision effectively. But for the limits of the high price and technological level, nowadays most of the turn-milling machining centers that we can see are importing from the foreign countries. The modularized design of turn-milling equipment based on the CA6140 lathe lathe. The equipment for main axis and the can accomplish the function of turn-milling but not ct the primary function of the consists of the main supporting frame, the upper supporting frame, the supporting frame knife etc. The research has reference value to the use of turn-milling technology.
