摘要
对7级高压锅炉给水泵DG85-80现场测试数据进行分析,利用时域波形峰值趋势曲线和三维谱图,重点考察起停机和几种典型故障下的非平稳振动特征。主要包括健康水泵的正常起机过程、地脚松动故障的起停机过程、不对中故障起停机过程、健康泵由小流量54m3/h变动到大流量108m3/h过渡过程、发生气蚀故障的过渡过程、由气蚀故障恢复到设计点位置的过渡过程等。
The online measured transient vibration data of DG85-80×7 pump in different working processes of rotating machinery are analyzed using peak trend in time domain and three dimension frequency spectrum. These processes include run-up process of health pump, the run-down process with pedestal looseness, the run-up and run-down processes with misalignment, transient process with cavitations caused by large discharge of healthy pump, the transient process of healthy pump caused by the increase of from 54m3/h to 108m3/h and unhealthy pump caused by cavitations. All the characteristic information of run-up and run-down process under various conditions is given completely. The transient processes are described too.
