摘要
各种BOM之间的不一致性问题严重影响了企业产品设计、生产和管理等过程的集成和效率,增加了产品生产成本、延长了产品开发周期,所以建立产品全生命周期内的统一BOM模型对制造业信息化的进程具有十分重要的意义。文中给出了BOM的面向对象定义,从物料项和物料项关系两方面构建了基于面向对象的统一BOM模型,并提出了面向对象的统一BOM模型的应用框架。实践证明,文中提出的基于面向对象的统一BOM模型可以较好地解决多视图BOM的模型不统一问题。
The inconsistency among various BOM in manufacturing industry greatly resticts the efficiency and integration of designing, manufacturing and managing. What's more. it increase product cost and lengthens product exploring cycle. This gives necessity and great importance to construct the unified BOM model in the informatization in manufaeturing industry. This paper gives the object oriented definition of BOM, and constructs an object oriented unified BOM from item and item relation. Finally, it poses an application frame of the object oriented unified BOM model, h proves that the object oriented unified BOM model can achieve unity among multi-view BOM.
