摘要
在3.0mol/L H3PO4溶液中,甲酚红(MPR)分别与阳离子表面活性剂(CS)溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTAB)和溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)形成离子缔合物,溶液均由橙色变为橙红色,从而使得溶液吸光度值发生改变,其最大吸收波长均位于519nm处.在优化实验条件下,吸光度变化值ΔA与CTAB和CPB浓度之间均符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数分别为1.05×105(CTAB)和1.00×105(CPB)L.mol-1.cm-1.该方法简便,快速,灵敏,用于合成水样中痕量阳离子表面活性剂的测定,结果较满意.
In 3.0 mol / L H3PO4 solution, cresol red (MPR) with the cationic surfactant (CS) CTAB and CPB associated to form ionic complex which the solution color changed and the absorbance values debased. The greatest absorption wavelength was at 519 nm. Under the optimum conditions, Beer's law was obeyed between AA and the CTAB and CPB concentration, and the molar absorption coefficient is 1.05 ×10^5 (CTAB)and 1.00×10^5 (CPB)respectively. The method was used for the determination of trace cationic surfactant in the synthetical water samples with satisfactory results.
