摘要
针对实物电压基准量值存在漂移的问题,利用约瑟夫森超导结量子电压与微波频率成比例的原理,研究和建立了我国的直流电压自然基准装置。用该装置校准国家直流电压实物基准得到的数据表明,国家直流电压实物基准维护完好,其组平均值随时间的漂移非常微小,每年仅仅几十纳伏特。该装置的建成,表明我国在直流电压测量领域已经达到国际先进水平,完全满足监视国家实物电压基准量值变化的需要。
Aiming at the drifting problem on the physical voltage standard value, Josephson's principle of the proportion between super conduction junction quantum voltage and microwave frequency was employed. The national physical standard device for the D.C. voltage had studied and established. The data which gained from adjusting the physical standard of the national D.C. voltage by the device indicated that the standard was kept in good condition. And its group average value changed very little, just a few nanovolt per year. The establishment of the device makes it clear that our country has reached the international advanced standard in the field of measurement of D.C. voltage. And the device well meets the requirement of watching the changes of the national physical voltage standard value.
