摘要
【目的】探讨妊娠期糖耐量异常(GIGT)的规范饮食控制与妊娠结局的关系。【方法】选择产前检查且符合WHO诊断标准的GIGT孕妇,随机分为A组,进行饮食控制,合89例;B组孕妇90例,按正常孕妇对待,采用回顾性分析的方法对两组的母、儿结局进行分析。【结果】A组巨大儿发生率,剖宫产率,新生儿合并症等并发症,经过饮食控制后,比B组明显下降。两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】GIGT的发生率逐年上升,对母婴危害较大,而饮食控制能有效地降低巨大儿的发生率。
[Objective]To study the relationship between the diet control in gestational impaired glucose toleranee(GIGT) and perinatal outcome. [Methods]GIGT pregnant women chosen from January 2006 to January 2008 in our hospital were randomly divided into group A( n =89) for diet control and group t3( n =90) with normal treatment of pregnant women. Maternal and fetal outcomes were retrospectively analyzed in two groups. [Results]The incidence of large for date infant, the rate of cesarean section and neonatal complications in group A after the diet control were significantly lower than those in group B. There was significant difference ( P d0.01) between two groups. [Conclusion]The incidence of GIGT increases year by year and endan gers maternal and child. Diet control can decrease the incidence of large for date infant.
