摘要 胰腺炎是由胰酶激活后引起的胰腺组织自身消化所致炎症,亦是一种临床常见病。许多研究表明,该病的发病机制是一个复杂、多因素参与的病理生理过程,但确切的发病机制并不明了。本文主要介绍了近年来国内外关于胰腺炎发病学及其实验结果与类型,期望能对认识该病的发生、发展和指导临床治疗起一定作用。 Pancreatitis is activated by trypsin-induced pancreatic tissue inflammation caused by their own digestion, and is also a clinical Common. Many studies have shown that the incidence of the disease is a complex mechanism, multiple factors involved in the pathophysiological process, but the exact pathogenesis is not dear. In this paper, both at home and abroad in recent years on the incidence of pancreatitis and the results of experiments and the general type, look forward to the understanding of the disease, development and clinical guidance to a certain extent.
