摘要
目的:满足眼科白内障患者的合理需求,提高护理质量和患者的满意度。方法:由眼科护士模拟白内障患者,体验其各种感受和需求,经整理,总结定出符合患者需求的护理措施,严格执行并根据反馈意见,不断改进护理措施和再体验。结果:护士了解患者的需求,主动性增强,患者的满意度和护理质量明显提高。结论:开展"感受服务"是提高眼科白内障患者满意度和护理质量的有效途径。
Objective: To Satisfy the cataract patients' reasonable needs and improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Methods: The ophthalmology nurses imitated cataract patients to experience personally its various feelings and needs.In order to improve nursing measures continuously and experience again and again, the new nursing measures that meet patients' needs were set down by the experience and performed strictly according to feedback opinions. Results: The activity of nursing care strengthened, and the the patient satisfaction and nursing quality improved obviously. Conclusion: Performing feeling service is a valid path which can improve cataract patients satisfaction and nursing quality.
