摘要
设计了一套以计时芯片和单片机为核心,进行太阳高度角和方位角计算,并利用步进电机驱动双轴机械跟踪系统,使太阳能电池板始终垂直于太阳入射角,从而提高太阳能的吸收效率的太阳能电池自动跟踪系统。该系统能够在每天视日结束后自动回到初始位置,第二天继续自动跟踪,从而消除积累误差,并采用步进电机驱动,使角度的调整更为准确。太阳每天的位置利用太阳轨道公式计算得出,进一步消除了天气的影响。
This paper introduced an automatic following system for solar cell,the core of which was the timing chip and the singlechip microcomputer. The system calculated the altitude angle and the azimuth angle,and used the stepper motor to drive the bi-axial mechanical tracking system to assure the solar panels vertical to the solar incident angle to improve the absorbing efficiency of the solar energy. Everyday the system can return the initial sitting after solar tracking. In the second day, it will continue track automatically to remove the accumulative error. Using the stepper motor is able to let the adjusting of angle more exactly. In addition ,the solar position is calculated by the solar orbit formula to eliminate the effect of weather.
