摘要
目的:观察直线加速器放射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效和安全性,以期为骨性关节炎提供新的治疗手段。方法:放射治疗采用直线加速器6MV-X线,分次剂量100cGy,隔日1次,3次/周,连续6次,总剂量DT600cGy,2~3周完成。结果:放射治疗结束时6例患者休息痛、触痛均消失;5例中度疼痛患者,2例转为轻度疼痛,3例疼痛消失;2例关节肿胀患者均有减轻。完全缓解率50%(3/6),部分缓解率50%(3/6),总有效率10096。所有病例未见不良反应。结论:放射治疗骨性关节炎起效也比较快,却无长期口服药物的副作用,花费少,能极好地替代常规治疗,一些患者也可避免了手术治疗。由于观察时间短,未见不良反应。
Objective: To observethe clinical efficacy and safety of linear accelerator radiation treatment of knee osteoarthritis, with a view to find a new way to treat osteoarthritis. Methods: Using linear accelerator 6MV X - ray for radiation therapy , dose 100cGy, qod, 3times/week, consecutive six times, the total dose DT600cGy, 2-3weeeks to complete. Results:At the end of radiation therapy , 6 cases rest pain and tenderness disappeared, 5 cases with moderate pain, and 2 cases with mild pain, 3cases of pain disappeared, 2 patients have joint swelling ease. Complete remission rate of 50 % (3/6phase), partial remission rate of 50 % (3/6phase), the total efficiency of 100 %. All patients have no adverse reactions. Conclusions: Radiation treatment of osteoarthritis onset is relatively fast, but no long - term side effects of oral drugs and spend less, can be an excellent alternative to conventional treatment, some patients can avoid surgery. Due to the short duration, no adverse reactions.
