摘要
目的探讨美能注射液(SNMC)治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法82例患者被随机分成2组。治疗组44例,静脉滴注美能40ml、维生素C 5.0g、10%葡萄糖酸钙10m l,每日1次,连用14天。对照组38例,静脉滴注维生素C5.0g、10%葡萄糖酸钙10ml,每日一次,连用14天。结果治疗组总有效率为75%,对照组总有效率为52.6%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论美能注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效良好。
Objective To study the clinical the rapeutic effect of SNMC in the treatment of the patients of chronic urticaria. Methods 82 patients of chronic urticaria were divided into two groups. 44 patients of the Treatment gronp were treated with SNMC 40ml and witamin C 5.0g, Calcium Gluonate 10ml, once a day, thirteen days a course,Another 38 patients of the control group were treated with witamin C 5.0g and Calcium Gluonate 10ml, once a day, thirteen days a course. Results the effective rate of 44 patients of the therapy group was 75 %, the control groups was 50%, the difference tetween the two groups was sigrificant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion the curative effect of SNMC on chronic urtricaria is good.
