摘要
利用热压成型法制备了短纤维增强聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料,在SXDK6050型数控雕刻机上分别用高速钢、硬质合金、TiN涂层麻花钻头干钻削加工复合材料,并测量孔表面粗糙度,以研究不同的切削参数、纤维类型、纤维含量以及不同材质的刀具对钻削加工表面质量的影响。
The short fiber-reinforced PEEK composite is prepared by hot-press forming method. The composite is dry drilled by twist dill head made of high-speed steel, cemented carbide and TiN coat on CNC engraving machine SXDK6050. The surface roughness of hole is tested to study the effects of different cutting parameters, fiber types, fiber contents and materials of cutting tool on surface quality.
