摘要
信息资讯技术的飞跃发展对现代的饭店管理提出了巨大的挑战,特别是饭店安全问题越来越受到消费者的重视,任何安全问题的发生都会影响饭店形象,减弱顾客忠诚,损害饭店的可持续发展。然而,由于显性和隐性的安全隐患来源渠道广泛,这使得饭店安全控制与管理变得更为复杂和困难,同时也对饭店安全管理的科技支撑提出越来越多的需求。本文正是基于科技支撑的纬度,从饭店安全管理实践的角度出发,通过对饭店安全管理和科技支撑的内在共生性分析,研究科技支撑和科技支撑力在饭店安全管理中的有效性,并提出饭店安全系统科技支撑的发展趋势的必然性,以期能够为饭店业安全管理和控制提供一定的借鉴,从而促进饭店业的健康、稳定和持续发展。
The rapid development of information technology proposed a huge challenge to the management of modem hotels. Especially customers more and more value the hotel security problem. Any occurrence of security problem can affect the hotel image, weaken the loyalty of customers and harm hotels＇ sustainable development. However, because the origins of dominant and recessive hotel security problems are very widespread, it causes that the control and management of hotel safety changes more complex and difficult. It also proposes more and more demands to the support ability of science and technology in the management of hotel security. This paper is based on the latitude of support ability of science and technology. It embarks from the practice angle of the management of hotel security. The research analyses the intrinsic paragenesis between hotel security systems and the support ability of science and technology. It also studies the validity of support ability of science and technology in the management of hotel security, and proposes the inevitability of the development tendency in the support of science and technology. We hope that this paper can provide some model significances to control and manage the hotel security, thus it can promote the healthy, stable and continued development of hotel industry.
