摘要
在护理教学中不断地深化课程改革,坚持以技能型专业人才培养为目标,根据护理岗位的需求整合课程教学内容,改进教学方法,探索课堂与实习地点一体化的教学模式;通过改善教学条件,大力培养双师型教师队伍,积极开展教学研究解决课程教学中的重点难点问题,将护理专业核心课程《成人护理》打造成省级乃至国家级精品课程。
In Nursing teaching, we should expound the curriculum reform, persist on taking professional skill training as the goal, conform curriculum course content according to nursing post demand, improve teaching method to explore educational model of integrated classroom and practice place; through improving teaching condition, training double modeled teacher troop, developing teaching research to solve important and difficult problems in curriculum teaching, the specialized core curriculum ＂Adult Nursing＂ can be made to be a provincial level and even the state-level high-quality curriculum course.
