摘要
随着我国市场经济体制及现代企业制度的建立,按照市场经济的要求建立适合我国国有企业的绩效评价体系,是国有企业体制改革的必然选择,也是参与国际经济竞争的必然要求。要建立适合我国国有企业的绩效评价体系,一个可行的思路就是将发达国家相对成熟的绩效评价体系纳入我国体系框架之中,并结合我国国情,形成适用性、操作性、科学性兼容的国有企业绩效评价体系。
With the establishment of market economy and modern enterprise system in our country; to establish the performance evaluation system suitable for state -owned enterprises as the market economy requires, is the inevitable road of reforming state -owned enterprises system and participating in global economic competition. To do that, one feasible way is to absorb the relatively mature performance evaluation system from developed countries into our system and form the applicable, operatable and scientific performance evaluation system.
