摘要
针对当前水利水电工程施工标段划分缺少有效的定量分析方法,不得不依赖主观判断的现状,从交易费用理论出发,将水利水电工程施工总成本分为合同前交易费用、生产费用和合同后交易费用三个组成部分,建立水利水电工程施工标段划分优化模型,并应用MonteCarlo方法对模型进行求解。实例分析表明,该模型和求解方法是有效、可行的。
Considering the lack of effective quantitative analysis methods for dividing construction bid-section for water conser-vancy and hydroelectric projects, which have to be relied on subjective estimation, the gross construction cost is divided into the ex ante transaction costs, the construction costs and the ex post transaction costs. Furthermore, an optimization model for dividing bid-section of water conservancy and hydroelectric projects is established, and then its solution is made with Monte Carlo simulation. A case analysis shows that the model and its solution is not only effective, but also feasible.
