摘要
采用时域有限差分法(FDTD法),以及完全匹配层(PML层)边界吸收技术,计算时域数值。引入失真系数F,用失真系数F的大小表征信号完整性。研究了介质板厚度与微带线的宽度对信号完整性的影响,以及不同长度微带线对信号完整性的影响。
The results in the time domain is calculated by the time domain finite different (FDTD) approach with perfectly matched layer (PML) as absorbing layer in this paper. The distortion coefficient F is introduced to describe the signal integrity. The influence of the signal integrity in the microstrip by different thicknesses of the dielectric plate, different widths of the strip and different lengths of the strip is discussed.
