摘要
目的:骨科临床护理带教运用PDCA循环系统,提高带教质量。方法:结合骨科特性及教学大纲的要求,将PDCA的四个阶段计划、实施、检查、处理具体运用于临床带教中,随时发现问题,及时处理,形成良性循环。结果:使带教工作更具有科学性、系统性,增强护生自信心和教师责任感。结论:PDCA循环有利于提高骨科护理带教质量。
Objective To improve the effect of teaching, the PDCA methods were used in the clinical nursing teaching of orthopaedics. Methods According to the characters of orthopaedics and the aims of teaching outline, the four phases of PDCA, plan, do, check and action, were used in clinical nursing teaching, in order to find and deal with the problems in time and contract a good habit. Results Using the PDCA methods promoted scientificity and systematism of teaching work and enhanced the self-confidence of student nurses and the responsibility of teachers. Conclusion PDCA methods were benefit for improving the effect of nursing teaching.
