摘要
目的建立测定排氚片中黄芪甲苷含量方法。方法采用薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷含量,硅胶G薄层预制板,氯仿-甲醇-水(13:6:2)10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液为展开剂,测定波长530nm,参比波长700nm。结果黄芪甲苷点样量在0.20~0.701μg之间和吸收度积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.74%,RSD为2.02%。结论薄层扫描法便捷、灵敏、准确,可作为排氚片的质量控制方法。
Aim To develop a method for determining the content of astragaloside IV in paichuan tablets by TLC - scanning. Methods Silica G was used as the solid phase and developed with Chloroform-Methanol-Water ( 13: 6:2); λS = 530nm, λR = 700nm. Results A good linearity of astragaloside IV was obtained within the range of 0.20-0. 70μg. The average recovery was 96.74% and RSD was 2.02%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, reliable and can be used as the quality control of this preparation.
