摘要 多肽类抗生素作为抗菌药物,常用于畜禽疾病的防治,但往往因使用不当会在动物体内产生残留,对人体健康造成严重危害。综述了近年来动物源性食品中多肽类抗生素残留量检测技术的研究进展情况。 Polypeptide antibiotic is used to prevent diseases of animal as antibacterial agents.But it is harmful to human health when it remained in some animal due to improper use.The advance on detection techniques of polypeptide antibiotic residues in animal derived foods in recent years was reviewed.
