摘要 实现校企“三层次融通”包括:高职院校文化与企业文化相融通,即院校吸纳企业文化核心理念、共建实训基地或企业实体等;专业建设与企业要求相融通,即根据市场需求和院校条件设置或调整专业,根据行业企业对人才能力的要求开发课程,根据岗位标准要求提高学生实践技能;高职课程与职业资格证书相融通,即构建与国家职业标准相对应的课程体系,构建符合职业岗位需求的质量标准,推行与“课程融通”相适应的职业技能考核体系。 Achieving "three-level" harmonization between school and enterprise include; harmonization of higher vocational school culture with enterprise culture, that is schools absorbing core culture view of enterprise and constructing practice training base or enterprise entity by school as well as enterprise: harmonization of specialty construction with enterprise requirement, which are setting up or adjusting specialties according to market demand and school conditions, developing curriculum according to the demand for talents' abilities from industry and enterprise and enhancing students' practice skills according to the demand of post standard; harmonization of higher vocational education curriculum with professional qualification certificate, which are building the curriculum system corresponded with national profession standard suitable for the demand of professional posts, and boost professional skills evaluation system suitable for "curriculum harmonization".
