摘要
通过对河北兴泰发电有限责任公司9号锅炉水冷壁裂纹的宏观特征、微观特征、内外壁垢样分析及对检修过程中相关部件的检查,认为水冷壁管向火侧外壁横向裂纹为腐蚀性热疲劳裂纹,并分析热疲劳裂纹产生机理,提出防范措施。
After analysis on macro-features, microcosmic feature, inner and outer wall dirty sample, and some components examination during overhaul in Hebei Xingtai Power Co. Ltd. , it is shown that landscape orientation crack of water cooling wall side faced the fire is causticity thermal fatigue crack, and mechanism of thermal fatigue is analyzed and the countermeasures are brought forward.
