摘要
本文利用水热晶化法首次合成出正交钙钛矿结构的La_(0.66)TiO_(2.993)产物为约300nm粒径的多晶粉末,且有一定团聚现象.水热条件对合成的影响研究表明,最佳合成条件为:KOH/Ti=80,La/Ti=0.7,[Ti]=0.1mol·L(-1),260℃下晶化7天。
Orthorhombic perovskite La_(0.66)TiO_(2.993) was Synthesized by hydrothermal method. The particle size of the product was about 300nm, and had agglomeration in some degree. The effect ofhydrothermal conditions on the syntheses was inverstigated. The results indicated that the optimum KOH/Ti, La/Ti, [Ti], temperature and reaction time are 80, 0.7, 0.1mol·L(-1),260℃ and 7days, respectively.
