摘要
针对导致传统QPSK信号带宽效率和功率效率低的相位跳变问题,提出了连续相位QPSK,CPQPSK调制。在将QPSK表示为连续相位调制CPM基础上,得出了QPSK的差分码编码规则,对其频率脉冲进行整形得到连续相位QPSK。理论分析证明CPQPSK信号具有恒定包络。仿真结果表明CPQPSK的带宽效率在同等情况下要高于SOQPSK,而抗误码性能与后者几乎完全相同。
To improve the bandwidth and power efficiency of conventional QPSK signal, the continuous phase QPSK (CPQPSK) is proposed. Based on representing QPSK as continuous phase modulation(CPM), a differential coding rule for QPSK is cencluded. The novel modulation scheme is deduced by introducing frequen- cy pulse shaping into conventional QPSK. Theoretical analysis proves that CPQPSK signal has constant envelope. Simulation results show that CPQPSK signal has higher bandwidth efficiency than shaped offset OQPSK (SOQPSK) signal under same constraints and has almost the same bit error rate(BER) as the latter.
