摘要 介绍了一个生物细胞中抽象出来的计算模型——P系统,阐述了如何利用P系统有效地解决排序问题.通过比较排序问题中最坏、最好以及普通情况下的输入实例,分析了该方法的性能.同时,在空间允许的条件下,展示了如何修改此方法将时间复杂度大大降低的可能性. This paper introduced a computing model called P System which is abstracted from a living cell and explained how to solve the sorting problemby P System. The paper presented some sorting examples with the best, the worst and the common conditional input, which are used to analyze the performance of the system. It also showed that the time complexity can be decreased a bit more with little considering the space limit.
