摘要
在传感器动态补偿时,传感器频带的扩展将会引起严重的高频噪声干扰,为有效地抑制噪声,研究了一个基于模型参考和卡尔曼滤波的动态补偿方法.补偿器的参数通过参考模型和系统辨识的方法得到,同时,利用参考模型建立卡尔曼滤波器,消除高频噪声对测量精度的影响.通过仿真实验以及对硅加速度传感器的动态测量误差补偿,验证了该方法的有效性.
A dynamic compensation unit is connected to output port of sensor in series for improving the sensor's characteristics and compensating dynamic measurement error of sensor. The unit is a band-pass filter or a high-pass filter, it can eliminate dynamic measurement errors, and cause severely noise amplification. In order to control noise, a new method of dynamic measurement with model reference and Kalman filtering was researched. Parameters of the unit were obtained by reference model and system identifica tion. At the same time, Kalman filter was constructed with reference mode to eliminate high frequency effected measurement precision. The method is proved to be effective by the simulation experiment and dynamic compensation of micro-silicon accelerometer.
