摘要
采用原位聚合法合成了以正十八烷为囊芯、三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂为囊壁的相变材料微胶囊,并通过密度法对微胶囊样品进行了提纯。通过扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪对纯化前后胶囊分析发现,微胶囊形貌明显变好,热效率也显著提高。
Microencapsulated n-octadecane was synthesized through in-situ polymerization using melamine-formaldehyde resin as shell. The microcapsules were purified by density method. Both the microcapsules and purified microcapsules were investigated by scanning electronic microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The morphology of purified microcapsules is improved significantly, in addition, the thermal efficiency increases also.
