多排螺旋CT无创评价冠状动脉支架置入术后的疗效 被引量:3

THERAPEUTIC EVALUATION OF NON-INVASIVE MULTI-SLICE SPIRAL CT AFTER INTRACORONARY STENTING

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT在评价冠状动脉支架置入术后疗效的应用价值。方法以常规选择性冠状动脉造影结果作为评价标准,对65例冠状动脉支架置入术后的患者(共97个支架)行CT冠状动脉成像,辅以各种后处理功能显示各支架形态,判断其通畅性,并和选择性血管造影结果相比较。结果CT判断支架通畅52个,支架内狭窄34个,闭塞11个,与常规造影结果相比,其准确率分别是89.5%,91.4%,96%,二者差别无统计学意义。结论CT冠状动脉造影可作为冠脉支架置入术后效果随访观察的首选检查手段。
