摘要
本文探讨了辐射剂量为10、15、20和25kGy的γ射线辐射灭菌对丝素蛋白膜和丝素海绵膜的力学性能和结构的影响。结果显示:采用此剂量的辐射灭菌增加了纯丝素膜的断裂伸长率和丝素海绵膜的弹性模量(p<0.05),丝素材料的主链结构和热稳定性能没有明显变化。25kGy以下辐射剂量对丝素海绵材料力学性能的影响明显小于常用的高压蒸汽灭菌方式,可以作为丝素材料辐射灭菌的剂量参考。
Influence on the mechanical properties and structure of the pure silk fibroin film and silk fibroin sponge film were studied, following Gamman irradiation with different irradiation dose of 10,15,20 and 25kGy. The results indicate that this range of irradiation dose can increase evidently the breaking elongation of pure silk fibroin film and the elastic modulus of silk sponge film (p〈0.05). There were no obvious changes in the main chain structure and the heat stability. Influence irradiation on the mechanical properties of silk fibroin sponge film was less than the high pressure steam manner in common use, this range of irradiation dose can be used for a reference of silk materials' irradiation sterilization.
