摘要
根据红外焦平面阵列(Infrared focal plane array,IRFPA)探测器的最新发展对性能测试的需求,设计和实现了VXI总线的高性能数据采集系统。高速高带宽的模拟调理电路的灵活设计,可以兼容多种IRFPA的信号读出电路;灵活配置的采样时钟控制,支持CDS和SHA两种采样模式,而且能够连续调节ADC的采样时钟相位;有效的低噪声设计措施,保证了系统能够真正实现12.5 MSPS,16 bit的高精度采样。
According to the performance test requirements for the most recent progress of infrared focal plane array(IRFPA) detector, a data acquisition system based on VXI bus is designed and implemented. The flexibility of analog modulation circuit makes it compatible to many kinds of IRFPA readout circuit. Configurable clock generation realizes CDS and SHA sampling modes of ADC and continuous adjustment of the sampling points. Effective low noise design techniques guarantee to achieve 12.5 MSPS sampling rate with 16 bit resolution.
