摘要
绩效考核的方法选择是企业绩效管理的重要内容,目前,已有多种考核方法应用于国内外绩效管理中。本文对这些方法进行深入剖析,并对其适用性进行比较分析。
Nowadays, several methods of performance assessment, which is important in enterprise performance management,have been implemented in performance management at home and abroad.This paper analyzes these methods and compares their applicability.
