摘要 针对高压断路器液压操动机构,分析了振动产生的原因,提出采用EMD(经验模态分解)方法对振动信号进行分解,利用包络谱分析方法提取信号的时域参量,作为反映液压机构操动特性的依据。实验分析表明,该方法能有效地提取液压操动机构运动过程的时域特征。 According to the characteristics of hydraulic operating mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker, a vibration signal analysis approach based on EMD (empirical mode decomposition) and envelope spectrum was proposed. First, the original signals were decomposed into a number of IMFs (intrinsic mode functions); then, the characteristic vectors after the envelope spectra of some IMFs were obtained and used to identify the work conditions of operating mechanism. The experimental results show that the vibration signal analysis approach hased on EMD and envelope spectrum can effectively extract the characteristics of hydraulic operating mechanism in time-domain.
