摘要
建立豆芽中6-苄基腺嘌呤的液相色谱检测方法。以甲醇为提取剂,样品匀浆后超声波提取30min,采用甲醇∶(0.1%HAC+0.02moL/L乙酸铵)=1∶1做流动相,紫外检测器267nm检测,不需浓缩,可达到检出限0.2mg/kg,回收率97.1%,线性相关性r=1.000。与其它方法相比,该方法样品处理简单,毒性小,可操作性更强。
A method for determination of 6-benzylaminopurine in bean sprout was developed by high performance chromatography. The jam samples were extracted by methanol in ultrasonic apparatus for 30 minutes, then detected by UV detector with mobile phase 50% methanol and 0.1% HAC plus 0.02 moL/L acetic ammonium. The detection limit of this method reach to 0.2 mg/kg and the recoveries achieve 97.1% with linear relativity r=1.000. The preparation of samples was simple, no toxicity, without concentration, therefore this method has much more maneuverability than any other method.
