摘要
针对双目显示器对双目视场对准的要求,采用步进电机控制器控制平移、旋转、仰俯、滚动电移台的位移,通过控制系统对被检头盔进行准确定位,设计用摄像机代替人眼捕捉图像并进行偏差检测的系统。使用MSComm控健实现串口通信,计算机进行计算并显示测量结果,得到的两目测量偏差为被检头盔的性能调试提供准确的参数,为生产调试人员提供参考。
Hdmet- mounted display should aim at the binocular FOV(field of view), so the system using camera instead of eyes to capture image and measure the aberration is designed. And the testing system makes the hard helmet to carry on the accurate localization through the control system useing the step - by - steps electrical machinery controller to control the electricity moving platform's displacement. The Testing System uses MSComm control key to implement the serial port communication, showed result by the computer, provides the accurate parameter for the the hard helmet's performance debugging, it provides the testing personnel with reference.
