提高Q370qE钢板超声波探伤合格率的实践 被引量:6

摘要 为提高Q370qE钢板的超声波探伤合格率,对Q370qE钢板超声波探伤不合格的地方进行了取样分析。结果表明:影响超声波探伤合格率的主要原因是钢中的非金属夹杂物、中心偏析严重造成的钢板分层、连铸的保护渣和耐火材料的卷入、铸坯的裂纹。采取提高钢的纯净度、改变夹杂物的形态、控制浇注温度和拉速等改进措施后,超声波探伤合格率由75%提高到97%。 In order to enhance the qualified rate of the ultrasonic flaw detection on Q370qE steel plate, sampling analysis was implemented at the ill-fitting place of the ultrasonic flaw detection on Q370qE steel plate was. The result showed that the main causes affect the qualified rate of were non -metallic inclusion involved in the steel plate, center severity segragate caused steel plate delamination, protection slags of continue casting and refractory engulfed in molten-steel, continue casting crack. After improving the steel purity degree, changing the inclusion form, controlling the casting temperature and speed, the qualified ratio of ultrasonic flaw detection enhanced from 75% to 97%.
