摘要
电动负载模拟器是被动式力矩伺服系统在工程实际中的一种典型应用。针对以永磁式直流力矩电机为加载执行机构的负载模拟系统,提出一种新的加载执行电机驱动器拓扑,旨在提高电机制动时的能量释放速度,提高加载精度和系统频宽。并阐述了基于IPM的主电路及基于DSP TMS320F2812A的控制电路设计方案。实验结果表明,所提出的新型驱动器在无扰跟踪正弦转矩加载实验中在频率8Hz下满足双十指标,较传统驱动器在加载性能上有较大幅度的提高。
The aeroload simulator (ALS) is a typical application of the passive torque servo system (PTSS in the engineering. For obtaining a higher frequency-width and accelerating the process of releasing braking energy of loading motor system, this paper put forward a new topology for loading motor driver. The design of main circuit based on IPM and the control system based on DSP TMS320F2812 are explicated respectively. The result of the experiment indicates that the new driver proposed has a higher precision, and also a faster frequency response. In tracking 8 Hz sine waveform without interference experiment, the double-ten target is achieved, which is a significant development in loading capability compared with the conventional driver.
