摘要 目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S-100β、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)在癫痫(EP)大鼠痫性发作后各时间点血液中的动态变化,以寻求测定这些生化指标在癫痫诊治中的作用及临床前景。方法海人酸(KA)局部注射雄性大鼠海马部位建立癫痫动物模型,在痫性发作后3、6、12、24、48、72h抽取血液,测定血清中NSE、S-100β、MBP含量的变化。结果血清中NSE、S-100β含量在癫痫发作后均逐渐增加,并皆在24h达高峰;MBP在痫样发作后72h达到最高。结论检测血清NSE、S-100β、MBP可为临床癫痫诊治过程中客观评价神经元损伤、神经胶质细胞、神经髓鞘结构损伤程度和预后提供诊断依据。 Objective To investigate the changed levels of neuron-specific enolase (NSE), S-100βand myelin basic protein(MBP) in serum of rats with epilepsy(EP) and to seek the effect of the index in the course of diagnosis and treatment for patients with epilepsy,and to quest the prospect. Methods An animal model of temporal epilepsy was established by being injected kainic acid (KA) into rat's hippocampus.The levels of NSE,S-100β and MBP in forepart serum of of rats with temporal EP was measured at the time of 3,6,12,24,48 and 72 h after seizure.And antitheses were set up to be contrasted and be observed. Results Levels of NSE and S-100β in serum increased gradually and were the highest at the time of 24 h after seizure. Level of MBP in serum went up little by little and was the highest at the time of 72 h after seizure. Conclusion In the course of diagnosis and treatment for patients with epilepsy,the damage degree of nerve cell, glia cell and nerve myelin fabric and prognosis could be estimated impersonality by measuring level of NSE,S-100β and MBP in serum.
