摘要
知识经济时代,高校科技成果在国家和社会发展中的地位愈来愈显重要。但目前我国当前高校科技成果转化中尚存在产权不明晰、途径不畅、知识产权流失严重等诸多法律问题。今后我国相关法律法规应进一步明确高校科技成果的产权归属,提高高校师生的知识产权保护意识,实施专利战略,建立健全科技成果转化中知识产权保护的规章制度,规范各种转化模式,以减少高校科技成果转化中的纠纷,提高科技成果转化效益,推动我国经济增长和社会发展。
The knowledge economy time, universities＇s intellectual property fights protection and the supervisory work increasingly reveal importantly, but the present our country current universities science and technology achievement transforms still remaining in the property fight undefined, the management system imperfect, the drive mechanism is not perfect, the intellectual property fights drains and so on seriously many questions, should raise the universities teachers＇ and students＇ intellectual property fights protection consciousness, is clear about the property fight ownership, the implementation patent strategy, establishes the perfect technical achievement to transform the intellectual property fights protection rules and regulations, enhances the technical achievement transformation benefit, impels our country economy growth and the society develops
