摘要 目的探讨儿童各年龄段锌、铁、铜、钙、镁缺乏症的现状。方法随机选取1339例在庆安职工医院儿保门诊健康查体的14岁以下健康儿童,用原子吸收法分别测定末梢手指血中的锌、铁、铜、钙、镁等5种微(宏)量元素含量,分析并比较各年龄组儿童各种元素的含量。结果锌、铁、钙检测结果在各个年龄组普遍较低,5种微(宏)量元素的均值各组间进行比较,7-14岁组儿童指血锌(F=8.67-11.5,P〈0.001)、铁(F=10.34-11.77,P〈0.001)含量高于其它各组儿童。铜、镁缺乏不明显。结论锌、铁、钙缺乏在儿童中仍较为多见,在,陆床工作中应加强预防。 Ojective To investigate deficiency statuses of zinc, iron, copper, calcium and magnesium of children in different age stages. Methods 1339 children aged 0 N 14 years old who received healeh physical examination in the Child Health Care Clinic of Qing'an Group Staff's Hospital were randomly selected and their serum contents of 5 microelements/macroelements of zinc, iron, copper, calcium and magnesium in peripheral finger blood were detected by using atomic absorption assay. The peripheral blood contents of zinc, iron; copper, calcium and magnesium in different age groups were analyzed and compared. Results The peripheral serum levels of zinc, iron and calcium were generally lower among all children in different age groups. While the serum levels of zinc and iron in the 7-14 years old group were higher than those in other age groups (F = 8.67-11.5, 10.34-11.77, respectively, both P 〈 0. 001 ). The deficiencies in copper and magnesium were not significant. Conclusion Deficiencies in zinc, iron and calcium remain common and general among children, and much prevention work should be done to lower deficiencies of microelements/macroelements in child health care.
